please read the terms of service first to avoid any sorts of misunderstandings, i am mostly good with pastel themed art so if you request some new type of artwork that isnt pastel themed, it might not be the best,, but that doesnt mean i cant do them!

@Terms of service

By commissioning me you will be agreeing to the following terms :BASIC OVERVIEW.Things I'm willing to draw :
1. MASCXMASC, FEMXFEM, FEMXMASC, ECT.
2. Any gender.
3. OCXCANON, Selfship, Yumeship.
4. Real picture ( have to have a picrew/gacha reference still. )
5. Fanarts.
6. OCs.
7. Anthro.
8. Gore ( fee of 5$ )
9. Suggestive ( fee of 5$ )Things I'm not willing to draw :
1. Text description character will count as me designing the character, so there will be a fee of $40 please have a picture of you're character ready if you'd like to avoid that.
2. Elderly ( like 80 years old or something )
3. Hate art.
4. Fetish art.
5. Mecha art. ( i can but im not experienced, but if you're willing then it okay! )
6. Too muscular ( like Yaoi bara. I can draw muscle but my still goes in favor with "cuteness" )• Im only comfortable drawing nudity, 18+ request for other adults, if you request for such things ill be assuming you are over the age of 18+ certain gore request im also only comfortable discussing it with adults.• All artworks are personal usage, unless agreed otherwise.• Credits towards my artwork must be given to me, especially if someone ask "who made it" you will have to redirect them to me and won't be able to claim that you made the artwork. Artwork credit goes to "@LapixiaChan"• The time taken to finish my commissions are not set in stones, due to the type of service, and other factors that could bother it. But it's between 3 days - 2 months. I also use one device– which is a mobile phone that i use for everything, so I have to find the spare time for it.
- Strict deadlines and rush fees ( +100% of the service price ) are possible if requested, please contact me first about it.• When receiving the artwork, there will be no physical goods that will be sent. Only digital artwork of the file, which usually will be PNG.• Using the artwork for AI learning and NFTS/Cryptocurrency related stuff are strictly prohibited.If there are questions regarding the terms of service, please feel free to contact me.

PAYMENTS.• Payments are trough invoice. Refunds are absolutely not possible after payment is made, cancelations can only be made when the invoice weren't sent yet.
- Payments are usually in USD paypal, and local bank transfer IDR. IDR price can be asked trough dms.• TAT starts after the wip has been sent, which is when the payment will be asked usually.• Tips can be sent trough Ko-Fi or by paypal itself. ( thank you Yaya!! )• Charge backs will lead to a public blacklist.ARTWORK.• Please let me know if there's certain files of the artwork you'd like to receive. ( No background, ect. ) I tend to delete my artwork files in a week to save on storage, so don't be afraid to ask for anything then before you lost the file to it ヽ(´∀｀ヽ)• Revisions are free of charge and can be asked during the sketch process. So feel free to revise as much as you'd like then, I'd like to keep in mind that english isn't my first language, so it would help if you give a rough redraw over the sketch rather than give me a block of paragraphs. (´TωT`)• Revisions are free in the finished artwork ONLY if it is MY mistake as the artist, if i have to change something midway ( pose, different color from the og ref sheet, character change, ect. ) then there will be a fee.• Altering and editing the artwork slightly is okay. Aslong as the artist has been notified about it first hand.
- Tracing and reusing my artwork is not allowed.

INTELLECTUAL AND USAGE RIGHTS.• I retain all the rights to use the artwork I made. I may use the artwork to promote my portfolio, post them on social media and showcase speedpaint/WIP of the artwork. Unless an agreement has been made. The commissioner has the rights to the character.• All artwork are personal use by default. Which means you may use it in : Profile picture, banner, icon, ect. You may also use the art for physical items : Posters, keychains, mug ONLY FOR YOURSELF or gift to friends as long as you're not making any profit out of it then it will fall under personal use.• Content commercial usage/Monetized usage will have a +150% fee over the base price of the service. Such usage can be used for : Using the artwork as a brand, twitch ( alerts, and such ), using the artwork to promote something, using the artwork as thumbnails, locking the artwork behind paywalls. Aslong as you're not making monetary gain for physical items of it.• Commercial usage for physical item +300% fee over the base price of the service. Such usage can be used for : Printing and selling the artwork as physical items ( prints, shirts, standees, ect. )• Design commercial usage will be +250% fee and the design can be used for your own gain. I still own the rights to the "design artwork" but you will have the rights to the character.COMMUNICATIONS:• All communications are preferably trough Discord, or any social media you have contacted me on.• Updates may be asked after a week since the payments were sent. Feel free to ask for it, but please understand if I update you with nothing. Ingeneral the artist will update in a month if anything happens.
- Please look at the trello list first, before asking for an update.• Skeb like request communication are kept to a minimum.

- Fullbody model with two basic expression + seperated PSD file of the model , like i said this is experimental i am unsure if things will go smoothly , i use ibispaintx and a phone so haha ,,,
